Clear Advice

We offer independent advice to all sectors of the market and have successfully arranged loans on properties from £100,000 to in excess of £ 5 million. We aim to treat all our customers with the same level of professionalism and courtesy.

Our aim is to create a bespoke mortgage, matching our client’s individual circumstances to the lenders criteria to produce the best possible outcome.

We work for our clients, not the banks. Our customer’s satisfaction is paramount.

Our History

Having spent several years training mortgage advisors for a large UK Insurance Company, Managing Director, Steve Jackson, decided to go it alone and set up an independent mortgage brokerage. That was way back in 1996.

The firm has successfully arranged thousands of mortgages over the years. The mortgage market has seen many, many changes in that time and we have successfully adapted along the way by offering an honest, transparent, confidential service to our large and ever growing customer base.
